Workplace Bullying is repeated, health-harming mistreatment of one or more persons (the Targets) by one or more perpetrators. It is abusive conduct that is :

 

• Threatening, humiliating, or intimidating, or

• Work interference — sabotage — which prevents work from getting done, or

• Verbal abuse
